Why keep the messy repo?
Because a research program and a reproducibility package are different objects. Geo preserves the evolution of the question, including branches that failed and post-result sensitivity work. Time Integrity extracts one auditable O3 result from that lineage.
What to read
The manuscript gives the scientific narrative. The verification and closure ledgers expose what was established, what remained blocked, and which questions were carried forward rather than silently resolved.
